The product is developed for the management and maintenance register of buildings and their parts, preparing of maintenance plans, organization and monitoring of group of owners.
Usage for the following purposes:
records of buildings, building elements and additional elements based on valid regulations,

automatic warning on necessary activities concerning maintenance,

Application package iBuilding covers the complex range of building activities implementation. The latter includes the preparation of the boards of owners, it also provides all necessary legislative reports for the dwelling and commercial property owners: financial statements, plan for investments and realized activities, reports on the managers work.
